Featured Development: Maynard’s Block by Aquilini Developments

The Maynards Block development is anchored by its heritage namesake of aged red brickwork – the 1919-built Maynards Auctioneers building on West 2nd Avenue. The historic building has been upgraded and renovated into a modern commercial space to match its residential counterparts in the same complex, a 9-story condo tower next to a striking 13-storey condo tower with a curved glass façade to complement the angular brick building below.
