Completed in 2009, Shoreline is part of <\/span>Millennium\u2019s preparations for the 2010 Winter Olympics<\/span><\/a> hosted in Vancouver. Formerly part of the actual Olympic Village and now an Olympic legacy in the master-planned neighbourhood of the same name, Shoreline continues to be a premium residential building. The LEED Silver residential building located at <\/span>1625 Manitoba Street comprises four 6- to 9-storey buildings with 121 units<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Extensive balconies with panoramic views of the park and False Creek adorn units in the building. Inside, the condos have over-height ceilings which are 9 feet tall. A variety of materials have been carefully curated for each living and functional area within the condos, such as limestone flooring in the bathroom, wool carpeting in the bedroom and wood flooring in the rest of the condo. Cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchens are provided by Eggersmann of Germany, complementing polished chrome taps by Dornbracht. Kitchens are equipped with high-performance Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, with composite stone countertops.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Building entry is secured with keycard access at main entries, and an enter-phone system with in-suite monitoring. Residents also benefit from in-suite storage along with flex space options.<\/span><\/p>\n

At time of publication, Shoreline allows rentals and pets. <\/span><\/p>\n

The LEED Platinum-accredited community centre was <\/span>designed by Nick Milkovitch Architects<\/span><\/a> to be a capable and robust multi-purpose facility.
